Cheeseburger Beer Perogies

Filling:

-1lb lean ground beef

-1half white onion

-1 garlic clove

-2 tbs diced jalapenos

-1tbs Worcestershire sauce

 

Dough:

-3 cups of flour

-3/4 cups boiling water

-1/2 cups lager beer

-1/2 tsp salt

-1/2 tsp oil

 

Preparation

Make filling first

Heat fry pan

Add, garlic, onion, jalapeƱo, beer

Reduce

Add beer, reduce

Add Worcestershire, reduce

Cook till semi dry

Let cool

Add flour to bowl/salt

Pour boiling water to mix

Stir quickly with fork

Add beer, mash with fork

Let stand 5 min

Knead dough by hand for 10 min

Roll out to 1/8″ thick

Cut with pint glass

Add filling to dough

Seal and boil for 1 min

Fry on both sides till golden brown

Top with shredded lettuce, diced pickle, bacon bits

and shredded cheddar
